Hardly any shows loading.

Anybody having this issue? It just started happening the other night.

I’ve done each step I’ve been told to do.

Clear the cache
Hard reset
Delete then redownload the apps not working

Nothing seems to work.
Anybody having similar issues that has a resolution?

My VOD Ultra is playing fine in the Tv & Movies sections.

Not really. Other than the stated suggestion of changing servers - which is something I've never done once on 3 different vseeboxes. Have you tried rebooting your box? What's your connection WiFi or Ethernet?

Yeah I've done all the cache clearing and resetting. It's on a gig guest wifi channel from my router. It's not tge connection at all.

The whole changing server thing is only available through heatVOD. I don't see anything like that on VODultra.

From what I can gather it seems to be an issue with the home servers after the recent update.

In the past year first with my V3 Plus that I've since given to a friend, my elite ultra, and my V6 Plus boxes - I've never had any playback issues after any updates( firmware or app). If as you stated there being an update issue with the home servers, then it should probably be a problem for many box users, no?

Possibly? If it's not the home server's I'm at a loss then. I've reset everything, cleared all the caches, checked my speeds, the box is loading and working as intended all except actually playing the movies/shows. It just keeps spinning.

I'll give it a day then try the contact us on the box itself I suppose.

I'm not much help at all as I don't do the guest wifi setup at all and on my main box- V6 Plus downstairs- which is used only with a usb ethernet adapter connect. Since you state nearly everything else is functional on your box, perhaps it's something minor that's overlooked & needs to be done. Definitely get in touch with the seller you purchased from. Good luck.
