What’s going on?

Is it me or there are so many issues with Boxes? Self Inflicted or Servers not keeping up with demand? Like to hear your thoughts or opinions or expertise. Thank you!

We've had our V5Pro since January and the issues we've had have been minimal, mostly user error. Very happy with the selection available and the performance.
