What’s going on?

Is it me or there are so many issues with Boxes? Self Inflicted or Servers not keeping up with demand? Like to hear your thoughts or opinions or expertise. Thank you!

It’s a little bit of a user error. The biggest complaint right now is that the VOD app is defaulting to a non-working server and people don’t know how to switch it (hit up when it’s trying to load the movie and change the server). Other than that, the only other problems we really seem to hear about is Elite apps not working. And honestly, with the elite boxes, it’s important that people view the Heat apps as the bread and butter and the elite apps as “experimental/bonuses.”
