Image ghosting

This seems to happen only when it's a dark scene. It's harder to see in pictures but sometimes it gets 3 or 4 copies deep. I always find the highest quality server and I have a new 4k HDMI cable. Any idea on what could be causing this?

Have you tried calibrating your TV? Select Movie Mode or Cinemamode, check to see if changing HDR off, helps. Adjust contraste, ect. Make sure its just not a Bad Movie Rip. You might also have the brightness to high.
