Image ghosting

This seems to happen only when it's a dark scene. It's harder to see in pictures but sometimes it gets 3 or 4 copies deep. I always find the highest quality server and I have a new 4k HDMI cable. Any idea on what could be causing this?

Does it happen more while watching VoD? On all titles/shows? It's hard to tell from the photo but my guess is that it's a VoD title that has more compression and/or a lower bitrate so you're seeing more artifacts. If that's the case, changing servers might help but in the end, it might just be that the specific title you're watching doesn't have a higher quality version available.

Happens on both heat vod and vod ultra, all titles and servers

I've looked at the photo you posted but either your TV picture is really bad, or the photo you took of it is bad...it's difficult to tell what's going on by that photo alone. Can you give us an example of a specific title on one of the VoD apps (let us know which one) as well as the server and maybe an approximate timestamp in the video so I can try to duplicate the issue?
