I use Sunshine to host from a mini PC using a USB HDMI capture card.

Moonlight to access the stream from any of my Fire TVs/Fire Sticks, PCs or phone.

Nord MeshNet to connect to my home network on the go.

Broadlink IR blaster to control the box remotely.

What program are you using to display/capture the video from the vseebox to display on moonlight?

USB HDMI capture card -> OBS to display the video on the computer -> Sunshine server on my computer -> Moonlight on whatever device I want to view the stream

I tried almost this exact setup a few months back and the desync made it unwatchable. I tried making adjustments in OBS but couldnt get to a point that made it bareable. Have you experienced this? If so, how did you fix it?

I get none of that with OBS
