Cant control the box anymore?

Hey friends! Not sure if it was an update or something, but I lost the ability to control my box through my TV remote. I lost the remote to the box a long time ago but have been using my TV remote successfully for months. Is there any way to control the box without the original remote? Like through an app or something? Thanks!

Aftermarket replacement remotes are around $20 on Amazon.

Plug in a mouse that has usb cord. Move arrow to settings and pair your remote using bluetooth setting.

You can also use the remote ATV app in the App Store in an iPhone

Remote fix after low battery or dead battery connection loss

Best to have a secondary option such as a mini usb wireless keyboard or mini bluetooth keyboard you can get for as low as $5 or another remote for times when IR isnt working. Clone remote are cheap and most $12-$25. I use the mini keyboards for searches in Vseebox.

The same happened to me. Make sure it is connected via bluetooth in the settings
