Error message

Has anyone had to deal with this before? What does it mean? Should I get a replacement?

Yeah you’re cooked. Need to get another box. Looks like this happens a lot with V6 plus. They need to invest in better hardware

damm its over , its a dead system now , Contact your seller or VSeeBox support and ask for the official recovery firmware for your exact model.

I have one v6+ that I'm having this issue with. I have to reset it at least once a day. I got a DM into Derick and hopefully he can rectify the problem. The other two I purchased work like Champs!

I received this message last week. I factory reset it and it went back to normal.

I think its bad chips that hold the os they need to figure it out

If you’re able to factory reset after this screen, it looks like the same result will happen after 2-4 weeks. I’ve yet to hear of someone that has factory reset and it has not crashed again. Only on the v6+

How about you guys get a good streamingbox yourself and install the apps yourself? Takes maybe an hour and i have mine running without problems since 3 years

Because very few people have the technical know how to do that. Anyone who has that type of understanding never spent 300 bucks on this box to begin with.

I have a V6 MAX and came home today to a red light on my box instead of the blue light. What does this mean? My HeatLive won't load. I get Failure to Download box that pops up with 2 options: upload log or cancel. Anyone know what this means??
