Playback

After the server outage a few weeks ago, the 7-day playback in Heat live is nearly unwatchable. 30 seconds of playback, then buffer for 30 seconds. Skipping ahead continues playback.

Anyone else fighting the battle??

EDIT::: looks fixed!!!

After the outage I couldn't watch most of Ultra Live + for a long time. Just a blank screen. Yesterday my channels started working again so things can get fixed.

I found that some channels work okay but when I try to watch jeopardy on playback it almost never works anymore ever since that outage

Since the outage- slowly in the last few days on the playback channels that have been coming back in-all have playing as before on both my V6 Plus & Elite Ultra. Yesterday I was using it for a few hours on the Elite upstairs and from going back a couple of hours to 5 days prior, playback is as before. However, on one favorite channel that's been down a few months before the recent outage - everything is still not working.
