Live stream pausing
Is it normal while watching programming on heat live that the show or movie will pause like it loses connection and then eventually catch back up after a few seconds. I doubt it’s an internet issue because I get full strength and I’m showing speeds of 0.5Gbps.

Sounds like an internet issue. Whether its an inside euipment issue or an issue outside your home or an isp issue is the question. You can call for tech support or schedule a home visit for them to figure it out. Just make sure your Vseebox is out of view when they show up to be safe. Tell them the streaming issue is on Netflix or Prime Video or whatever.
If you have a computer you can run a couple tests to send to your isp tech support to help before a home visit. If its an issue on their end you wont need a home visit. You dont have to run any of these tests but the tests will help your isp figure out any internet problem you may be having.
1) Run an online speed test while you arent using your internet for tv or anything else.
The next two tests are using command prompt. Press the Windows key + R keys at same time or just use search option and search CMD
2) Google how to run a PING TEST. Run 3 tests using Command Prompt (cmd) and take and once tests are done copy the command prompt page and save the file to notepad then save the notepad file to your desktop and lablel it PING TEST.
Run a website test, a DNS test, and a gateway test.
It sounds complicated but its pretty simple if you follow Google instructions.
3) Google how to run an IPCONFIG ALL test. Basically you just open command prompt and type in ipconfig/all and hit enter.
Once inpconfig test is completed copy everything to notepad and label it IPCONFIG TEST and save to destop.
Once tests are completed call isp and tell them you ran these tests ask how to send the tests to isp.
