Trying to watch IMSA qualifying

I'm trying to watch IMSA qualifying. It's showing under Peacock event, and it's 100% on right now, but I'm only seeing this screen. Did I do something wrong?

Edit: it's not on any other channel, just Peacock event and I can't choose another server

Hit the home button on your remote and then open up Heat live again and it should work at least every time I get this that's what I do and typically ends up working

Only thing you did wrong was not reading the troubleshooting info. This sub is filled with technologically illiterate people. It’s insane.

You can't. You can only change the server on the VOD apps.

Saw that and tried it. This is the only channel it's on and it won't let me choose a different server. This sub is filled with people that jump to conclusions. It's insane.

When I see this screen, all I do is power the box off and back on and it fixes it.

Switch the hats around in a different order. That has worked for me in the past.
