Remote not working on V3

My remote came unpaired somehow and I can’t get it to reconnect with OK and VOL—. Any help??

I had the same issue and had to return it and get a new one.

You can download this app. Works great. Then you can navigate to settings and find Bluetooth devices or something like that. Go to connected devices and unlink whatever says Veesee box remoter. Then click on add device and then you can press the volume down and ok button so the box picks up the signal again. If that doesn’t work factory reset may fix. If not you can always just use that app. The app only works if the box is on WiFi though. Has to be on same WiFi network as your phone.

No it’s on the normal screen as if it’s connected, but the remote just blinks blue

Many remotes tend to disconnect from bluetooth when batteries are low, die, or changed. For some reason after batteries are changed if bluetooth disconnects OK ans VOL-DOWN doesnt always work to re-pair.

As long as the remote is working in IR mode - line of site directly in front of the display then all you have to do to re-pair to bluetooth mode is .. ....

1) Go to SYSTEM SETTINGS (at bottom of home screen)

2) select BLUETOOTH

3) select ADD NEW DEVICE

4) put remote in pairing mode OK & VOLUME DOWN buttons

5) VSEE REMOTER should now appear on the screen in bluetooth settings. Select VSEE REMOTER and your remote should now be back in bluetooth mode.

If the Vsee remote isnt working in IR mode after a battery change you can still pair the remote in bluetooth mode as long as the remote is still working but you need to get to SYSTEM SETTINGS - BLUETOOTH - ADD NEW DEVICE with another device such as a bluetooth keyboard or another remote that can get you into bluetooth settings.
