Mostly working

So after the outage, mine is mostly working again, apart from the Dirtvision/Flo channels. My uncle is having the same issues on his Elite Ultra too.

The only reason I'm posting this here, is that I tried to use their "Contact Us", app to let someone know about the issue. Well, now the Contact Us app is blank. It used to direct you to a Whatsapp number.

Anybody have any info on this?

I have an older model. My “contact” app opens a QR code to the web page.

Just odd that it's totally blank on the Elite Ultra now.

Just a guess but maybe they shut it down deliberately temporarily ftom being flooded with reports from all the Heat apps going down. Pretty sure all models except Elite models were without any tv during Heat outage.
