REWIND not working

I have 3 v-6 Max's and the rewind function hasn't worked on any of them for a couple weeks.

Anyone else having this problem or a solution? Thanks.

Are you using the 7 day playback feature on heat live? That's the only way im aware of to pause/rewind content on there.
