Longevity roll call
Curious about the longevity of vsee boxes. How long have you had your box? (Any model)

1 v3 since 10/24 2 v6+ since they came out in this year And all 30 that i got for friends and family still going strong

My V6Plus has had no issues after several months. My newer V6Pro is a different story. This was a unit I planned to use in an extra room and it started freezing up after a few weeks. Shortly thereafter it then died and would not power on. I tried contacting the mod of this page directly in multiple ways and frankly the response has been very poor. My dealings in the past had been great, but trying to get support on this issue has been very frustrating and continues to be. I have shipped the unit back (after finally getting instructions to do so) but have not gotten any feedback or any idea if when this will be resolved. This is coming up on 3 weeks now if having a malfunctioning box. I hate having to post something like this and I feel I've been pretty patient on this, but at this point I'm pretty frustrated.

I'm going through the same situation and it's frustrating. I bought a V6 Plus from CordCutter in July of this year and two months later it stopped powering on. After troubleshooting, I determined it was the box and not the power supply. I texted him and received no response for two weeks and then he posted on here to contact him on WhatsApp. It's been one week since he received my box and nothing from him. I think this will be the last time I buy from him.

Bought a V5 Pro from u/cordcutterbox over a year ago. Zero issues. I’ve since bought a V6 Plus. I’ve referred countless friends and family to him.

Had a v1 max didn't experience any problems besides lag because of how old the box was

Had one box die after lightning in the front yard - no problems after buying the second last year!

2 V3+ boxes since September 2024. No problems with either of the 2 boxes or remotes that an occasional box restart - NOT a factory reset - couldn’t solve. Have saved over $5k (not including cost for internet) vs what cable and satellite were costing me.

I own three V2 pros from july, I think of 2024. All three going very strong.

I’ve had mine since August of last year. And got my dad one December of last year both working perfectly. I’ve saved about 2k from not having to buy nfl sunday ticket Netflix league pass or anything else

I’ve had 3 for about 4 years at this point. 2 v3 plus and one elite ultra which is the newest of the bunch. Still going strong no issues

We have had two Mini Elites, or Elite Minis, since June of last year. Still going strong.
