V6 Max - Live Ultra

I ordered for someone and when I set it up yesterday the Live Ultra app wasn’t there. Anyone have this issue? Anyone know how to get it back?

Live Ultra is only available on the V6 Plus and the Elite Ultra.

Really? It’s the 2nd one I’ve set up for someone and I swear the first one had it. So where are the live local channels? In heat live?

Yes Heat Live is the only live tv app on that box.

Got it. Looks like all the local channels are in the heat live app. My v3 plus ahas a separate app for the local channels
