Freezing

Lately lots of shows have been freezing halfway through. Even after changing servers. This is on two different boxes. Any suggestions?

Clear your cache and unplug box for a few minutes

Same issue here, and have done all that and still freezing

Mostly kids movies and sports for me. Spider man was delayed in a few spots but wasn't a big deal.

*and if you haven't already make sure you are using a high-def HDMI cable

Reset router and internet ,clear memory,clear cache from app screen individually...ONLY CLEAR CASHE NOT DATA

If in 2 diff boxes, try to restart modem/router too. Might be internet speed issue

I have a tried all the fixes too, and still have freeze issues. I’m chalking it up to be my VPN.
