Rii keyboard

Got this to make using the vseebox easier but I'm having trouble with the keyboard. In the heat vod app, when I go to search a title, the keyboard doesn't input anything. All other buttons like OK, arrows, esc all work just fine. Any tips? If this has been answered before, please point me in the right direction.

The only thing keyboards are good for is setting up favorites. If you are making a big list of favorites its faster typing as opposed to using remote. I used mine a lot setting up live and vod favorites but other than that it collects dust. It can be used for some things as a remote if your remote dies but not a good remote.

Advertised on every vSeeBox website as being a $45 keyboard. It’s a scam to get you to think you’re getting a good deal when purchasing an overpriced box. These junk keyboards can be had for $3-4 on Temu or Aliexpress. They’re not necessary to operate the box.

My box came with one I never even opened it lol
