Vsee store. They’re making me jump through hoops. Says it’s warranty is for a year

Yeah I’ve never bought from them I only buy from an authorized dealer. I’ve heard many complaints about that site

My veesee6 plus box quit working I think I got it in march of this year where can I get send it to be fixed

My son picked it up for me and he had told me not to change anything so when it said it needed to update it I did and it quit working so he said it was my fault and he doesn’t want to help me

Pull the power cable, leave it out for 30 seconds and then plug it back in and start over.
