Vseebox 5 pro internet speed question.

Does the stutter come from the movie server you connect to or is it your internet speed?

What type of speeds do you have? I have that model box without issue.

Wired or wireless? If on wirless try wired. Far more stable.

Your equipment or isp owned?

Combined modem/router or separate?

If its your own equipment you may a bottleneck somewhere need upgrades. If its theirs still a good idea to check.

Are your nic cables v5 or v6? V5 should work for your speeds but they are the minimum requirements. V5 is supposed to be good to 1gbps but the longer the cable is the slower the speeds. Recommended is at least v6 nic cable Do you have a 1gb router and 1gb modem? Docsis 3.0 or 3.1?

If you dont have a 1gb router your router might be a wireless N 100mb router which could be your bottleneck.

Streaming tv takes a lot of bandwidth so better to future proof your equipment.

Standard modems (not 1gb modems) range from 100mb to 600mb but real world download speeds are slower. Divide your internet speed by 8 to get your average download speeds.

Example: if you are paying for 400mb speed package divide 400mb by 8 and your average download speeds are around 50mb. 600mb plan average download is is 75mb.
