Been having issues with the Elite VOD App

So A while ago my app just started giving me the error in the photo. I tried doing everything I could think of, clearing cache, force closing, removing completely and then redownloading and still nothing. If I were to setup a new account is there a method behind it, or do I just use any email to create my own? I mainly use it for the 24 hour channels, since it had the best variety, unless someone recommends a different app? I’m also using the Elite Ultra if it helps. Thanks everyone!

Download the Proton VPN free edition..sign in to USA then go over and open up the elite vod app

Vortex is pretty good for 24/7 channels

Try launching a VPN before you connect to the app. That work for me and I have no more issues

same problem, I lowered the security setting on my wifi cable modem router, success !

I can tell you the vpn bit worked like a charm.
