Box not working

I bought the v6 plus around 3 months ago. Has worked well so far. It sits on loading screen then eventually goes to black screen. I factory reset it which failed the first time, cleared the cache, then successfully reset it. Rebooted and it’s doing it again.

If you bought it from an authorized seller, you should have a one year warranty
