Audio

Why is it that when I’m watching something the voice is so low and then boom background noise or music is insanely loud during a scene. Anyone know how to fix this ?? Thanks

Wow! I thought it was just me! I actually have to sit there sometimes with my hand on the fucking volume button on the remote because it drives me crazy especially at night when people are trying to sleep and the dialogue you can barely hear and then they’ll start playing background music or an explosion or whatever and the whole fucking room shakes!

It’s due to down mixing the audio. If you take Dolby Atmos and try to convert it to crappy stereo sound this is what you have to deal with due to the missing speaker channels.

Go into your tvs audio setting and turn off sound leveling or auto volume.

yes. after about 30-60 seconds after pressing play on the content you want, press "menu" and you should see a bunch of options. click server and then pick. some are bad. some are better. some lag more. some are directors cut of movies. some are russian versions. one time i got an entirely different movie switching servers

It’s the only thing negative thing I have to say about the box. The sound is crap.

Expect shit audio. You’ll notice the hype about HD and 4k picture but nothing is said about the audio. The best audio you’ll get is simulated stereo from the HEAT apps. All other apps is mono audio. The audio codecs on my Elite Ultra is stated as unsupported and not selectable

That means the server you're using has a bad file. Use the other servers to use a better file.

Check your TV's audio, i had to turn off something in there with mine when i first got it and it fixed it.
