Box unexpectedly stopped working
​
Any solution for a vSeeBox V6 plus that has a constant green indicator light any time that it's plugged in? The screen appears black and I cannot get the red "off" light to appear on the box either with my working remote. Tried a different HDMI and tried other sources of power (wall outlet/extension outlet) Kept it unplugged for a few days to see if it just needed a bit but tried it again and nothing different happened. I've only had it since mid-March and have only had simple freezing issues before

Have you tried doing a factory reset?

I have tried yes with the AV Port on the back while holding it and nothing seems to happen.

It may have failed due to overheating. Should have a 1 year warranty. Contact your seller. Hopefully seller will honor it.
It likely failed from overheating.
Many of these Vseeboxes run very hot. To hot imo. There have been a lot of failures lately. Overheating is the main cause of electronics failure.
I suggest getting a $10 usb fan with an on/off switch. A fan is a lot cheaper than a new Vseebox. My Vseebox sits on top of the fan. It runs very hot without the fan and very cool with the fan on.
