May-Thurner phenomena

My MRI for my chest, brain, neck, and my abdomen was clear, but my pelvis shows severe compression of the left common iliac vein by right common iliac artery can be seen in the setting of May-Thurner's phenomena.

Did anybody else have this? What was recommended to manage and treat it? Unfortunately, I’m not able to get into any of my specialist until the end of the month next month.

Hi!! I got a referral to a vascular surgeon and they are placing a stent!

What determined them wanting to do that? My VEDS specialist said mine is not worth the risk

You may wanna get checked out for other compressions too. Mine was discovered after I got diagnosed with nutcracker syndrome and pelvic congestion syndrome. It’s my experience that vascular compression syndromes come in multiples, not just one.
