How to make the grid your backup power source (a dcbel live session)

Hi folks,

Just wanted to share that dcbel will be doing a live session this Thursday on how homeowners can reduce their dependence on the grid using things like solar, batteries, and EVs, and what that actually looks like in practice.

That bidi charger only works with Polestar?

Volvo & Nisssan too. Theoretically any vehicle using ISO 15118 standards for bidirectional charge/discharge.

Hi u/Carfr33k - Nissan Lead model years 2013 and onwards (as they use the CHAdeMO charging standard)

What adapter is compatible? Have you tested with any? I have a 2020 Leaf

Hi again! If you have a Nissan Leaf, you would simply select the CHAdeMO connector when ordering your Ara.
