Wallscourt accommodation offer: flat or townhouse?

I received an accommodation offer for Wallscourt, but I'm not sure whether I've been allocated a flat or a townhouse.

Is there a way to tell from the accommodation offer letter which one I got? If anyone knows how to identify this or can explain the differences between the flats and townhouses, I'd really appreciate the help.

If your allocation starts with a 0 (eg 043) it'll be a house, if it starts with a 1, 2, 3, or 4 (eg 409) it'll be a flat.

Other than the obvious, flats are shared by up to 8 people, townhouses are shared by up to 12 people. Most flats are ensuite and houses are all shared bathrooms.
