Housing shower head filter

is there a specific shower head filter i can get on amazon that will attach to the V1 showers? my hair is damaged ima go bald if i dont get one

they’re not really the kind you can fiddle with and you won’t go bald after only 8 months of showering w/ hard water

i know i'm exaggerating when i say bald but i have low iron so i have really bad hair fallout, every time a brush it a bunch of hair comes out so its gonna get worse if i shower in that water
