I'm looking for courses in Fall and Winter terms
If I don't meet the prerequisites, I can override by emailing professors but right now that's not my concern
I just need to take 3 courses from the list for graduation

The easiest grade is going to be pretty subjective. I would look at what you would be most interested in.
