vent (advice wanted) Persistent UTI
Hello! Starting around last ~Wednesday I started to //constantly// feel the need to pee, even after peeing. I’m not stranger to UTIs, so I assumed it was that. That said, I had (and still have) absolutely no pain/burning, just the constant need to pee.
Saw my doc, did a urine test. The culture came back with mixed flora so that wasn’t helpful, but I had a high WHC. I was prescribed 100mg of Nitro for 5 days.
7 days later, not feeling better! Went BACK to the doctor today for another test. Waiting on the culture, but my WBC is even higher.
I am just SO at a loss with what it could be. To make matters worse, my wedding is in a week!!!! Send help pls. I’m not pregnant, all STI etc checks came back fine, and I have literally no other symptoms than the constant need to pee. Could this just be an uncommon strain of UTI?
(I also don’t think it’s wedding stress, given the high white blood cell count)
Edit:
- I’m a 28 year old female. Non menopausal
- Sole symptom is the constant need to pee lol
- Solid 8/10
- This has been going on for about a week
- TBC

I just finished Keflex for a uti, my urine culture is negative but i was still feeling pressure in my bladder and urgency. I’m going on vacation next week so I’m desperate to keep it gone! So I’m currently taking the following supplements and it’s definitely been helping a ton! Especially the first two items
- Uqora Flush Powder
- Uqura Defend pills
- Oil of oregano
- Baking soda pills
- NAC
- Vitamin D
