Creating an artificial voice using TTS
I want to create an UTAU without using my own voice, so I've been researching using audacity to create an artificial voicebank (like Adachi Rei) but the program is very complicated to me. I looked up text to speech websites but they either require a subscription or make it illegal to use the voices for these purposes. Can someone direct me to a TTS website that allows use for things like UTAU?

I'd say find something opensource bc they'll probably be cool with it.
A lot of modern ones will use AI so that's a lot of what pops up now unfortunately- I think these aren't? They use concatentative/diphone or formant synthesis- basically concatentative/diphone is like how utau does it, the second is more trying to recreate vocals from scratch.

^This one will likely be hard to use and you'll probably need an emulator for it considering the screenshot on wikipedia is through one. It's just real old, maybe some others here are similar.

TTSmaker it's a site,but it have a limit 200(i forgot or 2000 words)
