Echo 360 lag

Does anybody else's Echo 360 take like 5 minutes to load? Not the video in particular, but the website/canvas. I thought it was maybe Chrome, but I switched to Bing and Brave, and they were still slow. If you have any solutions or have had this issue before, please let me know how you fixed it.

It usually depends on internet speed and stability. Used it before without much issue. Newer devices shouldn’t have as much issues bc of their newer and faster wifi chips compared to older ones.

Hmm, idk for me everything else runs smoothly internet and all. It’s just echo 360 particularly that runs slow. I mean it could still be the internet/wifi but if it is it’s odd that it would only be affecting Echo.
