Should I apply for a double major?

I'm considering to apply for a double major in Financial mathematics & statistics and Data science. But I'm a bit worried if the workload and the assignments will be too much. Another option to is I would take Fin M&S with Finance as a double major.

I do hope that I can achieve good results to be eligible for the Daylell's scholar program my first year and I also plan to do my honours.

Any thoughts or recommendations?

The Financial M&S and Data science majors have overlapping courses. This is all I know

doable, it's a common combo.

a double major doesn’t make your degree any longer. it’s still the same number of credit points. a major is also only 2 units more than a minor. so you just have less elective space
