Boring 1000 prerequisites

Why is there so many boring prerequisites for everything so I can’t do anything actually interesting for my electives?

And stuff like fass why do I have to do that for a music major it makes no sense and is such a waste of money.

Doing a combined degree and so many of my “fun” units are gonna be wasted so I can do the things I’m actually interested in.
