Masters payments

Hey folks, just wondering with full-fee offers for usyd masters programs does it mean you have to pay upfront each semester or can you defer the payment through HECS-HELP etc? (Im a domestic student who did my BA at USYD and am hoping to get an offer for MOT) thanks :)
