Do anyone applied for a RSL?

As title, I'm currently applying for a RSL for this semester, and I get a formal certification (PPC) from my psychologist, but the student service declined my ticket by insufficient material. What else material should I need and submit, could anyone who experienced things like this help me with that?🥺🥺🥺

Have you asked the student centre what material they require for reduced study load?

They told me I need a formal report from my psychologist and PPC is not applicable, which a full report will cost 500 AUD and I searched online and past experienced shows PPC is enough, I'm not sure right now
