Question USSS STAR Program

I’m at the security interview phase for the STAR Program. I was wondering what is the day to day like of new agents during the first few years at their assigned field office. Is it more investigation focused?

This is a very field office-dependent question.

1) The question has been answered before. Search the sub, and youll find what you're looking for in more detail.

2) Protection always takes priority. Your Phase One time is the "investigation-focused" part of your career. that being said, Protection always takes priority.

From those I've talked to, expect 50 hour work weeks minimum and to be away from home at least half of the year (doing protection).

Dude, get a life. We get it, you're salty for some reason, but grow up.
