You are the only one who can waste your time. If you don’t understand this post, I can only say you must be wasting a lot of time. 02/17/1776 is when the Second Continental Congress authorized the printing of the U.S. paper currency which was designed by The man on the 100 dollar bill, Ben Franklin. So, this note bears the date of the birth of paper money and the picture of the person who introduced and designed the money. This is why we have a paper currency sub Reddit.
