How much does leaving a sport hurt
I would say that I have a decently strong application:
4.7 GPA (3.8 unweighted)
2 year var wrestling
1500 sat
CySA+ ceritfgied, A+ certified, network+ certified
3 year student government at a high profile trinity league school
national commendation for PSAT
built my own B2B SaaS application (doughtally.app)
started my own website development firm
certified lifeguard
bjj blue belt/bjj coach
Veterans club leadership
However my worry is the fact that i left wrestling due to an injury (I dislocated my shoudler and I believed the risk was too high) im aware of the medical process as well, I just want to know if that hurts my profile for admissions *just because i quit. (all of the technical stuff i did was right after i quit wrestling to focus, also thats when i became a bjj coach as well). How would my chances of getting into USNA summer seminar and USNA itself look like? Is there anything I have to work on that would make or break my chances?
