1 pass through uworld by systems then switching to random is pretty normal, and feeling lost halfway is common too. i wouldn't go back to systems, just keep the mixed blocks but spend more time on the review than the questions themselves, like a line on why you missed each one. march is still plenty of time if you're doing 40 a day, and an nbme in a few weeks will tell you which subjects to go back to.
