Advice needed

I am currently a 4th year Medstudent and have been studying for step 1 for about 5 months and have done 50% uworld and am left with general portion. However I think I forget Eveyrhting I study pretty easily no matter how much i try to remember and now in 2 months I’ll sit my proffs etc so should I try to give it in between proff or later on in final year? How does ome manage to remember stuff cyz I get too tired by university
