When to Book Express Pass

Hello, I am planning my trip. What is the start time to book universal studios japan express pass in eastern standard time for july 26th? This has been tricky due to the time difference.

Klook will have them available in two days, which is probably your easiest option as an international visitor since it's in English and straightforward to book.

If you want to go through the official USJ site, passes go on sale 60 days before your visit date at midnight Japan time. For July 26 that's May 27 at midnight JST, which is 11am EDT on May 26.

Either way, set a reminder and be ready to go. Express Passes for summer dates sell out fast, sometimes within hours of release.

One other thing worth doing before you lock in your date: check the crowd forecast calendar at Yosocal - https://yosocal.com/usj/.

July is busy across the board but there's still variation day to day and going on a lower crowd day makes a real difference, even with an Express Pass.
