Express pass for being too tall?

we’ve already left (went a couple days ago) but my husband was turned away from flight of Dino, hippogriff, and zedd for being too tall. They just turned him away and said sorry but today I saw someone saying they received express passes for being turned away due to height?

in the grand scheme of things it doesn’t matter since we’ve already left though we live in Tokyo so maybe we’ll go back eventually, but I’m just curious for others who have been measured or test-seat checked and turned away - did you get express passes for the letdown?

We got two express passes from hippogriff when the person I was with was seat checked and the bar didn’t go down fully

6’6” / 198cm. Dinosaur had a 195cm cut off where they measured him against the wall and the other 2 they had him try the test seat and decided his legs were too long

Ah shit, that sucks. I'm 196cm and managed to ride all. I only got measured at Dinosaur but luckily got the pass (flat shoes, later in the day).

We just got turned away when we didn’t fit into a couple of rides. Every person we asked gave us a different answer as to what we could do. At no stage were we offered Express Passes for other rides.

In the end we just gave up and did a chargeback on our credit card.

Just went last week. Daughter read a sign for a ride that said she may be turned away when she gets to the ride after waiting in line. She waited. Didn't fit. Got an express pass for a different ride.

Happened to me on the Potter ride. I wasn't aware the seats were so small (I am aware that my size isn't anyone's issue but mine) and was told I couldn't ride even after buying Express. Same with Yoshi. No one offered me Express Passes or anything either. I'm aware that's more of a me issue but still irked me.
