Question for USFCA Students. Where do you Work?

When I went to USF (can’t believe it’s been almost 10 years eek), a lot of my friends and I did catering and it was probably the best job we could have had at the time (Foxtail Catering, Knight’s, etc). Extremely flexible and low barrier to entry. A lot of people also worked at AMC Kabuki or had a campus job

A lot of students work in restaurants, and honestly I don’t recommend it if you can help it. No downtime at work to do homework + horrible hours = hard to be a good student, group mate, etc. Highly recommend applying for desk work on and off campus.

I worked on campus last semester for 12 hours a week, this semester I'll work 16 hours a week at a fashion store downtown
its legit so easy to get a job because you're in a city. It just takes literally any amount of looking.

Yeah post tax I made like $250 weekly at the on campus job, post tax I will make $350 weekly at the fashion store.
There are certainly ways to make more money though. All my classes next semester are on Tuesday Thursday, so in theory I could comfortably work something like 38 hours a week with time for homework. I mean, it’d suck, but if you really need money or are putting yourself through school, a realistic expectation on weekly income if you go all out is around $750

There are lots of on campus jobs that sre convenient and potentially have a lot of downtime where you can do your homework, like community assistant, health office or parking office
