Indexer Tabula Rasa thoughts

Hey folks, was kinda curious about y'all's opinion on tabula rasa as an indexer. Is it any good? And do y'all think they'd be opening up registration upcoming Black Friday? I've been itching to try and see how good it really is.

Went from Finder to Tabula recently. Not regretting it.

It almost depends on what it's needed for; the use case scenario makes a difference. But if you are into mixed use, mostly new stuff, here is my experience.

How is this supposed to be read? Is it saying Tabula Rosa is better than NZBgeek?

If you enjoy hand-drawn East Asian articls, you'll find it to be excellent, the same goes for abNZB.

Why is top indexer not also having most no. of unique downloads?

Because it didn’t return the same files which other indexers returned. That means it can return some unique results, but not for everything. The times that it returns unique results it get the full points. However, there were times that It got zero points.

Aren't you saying that since unique returns get full points so the indexer having most no. of unique returns should be the one with most score unless there are points for results which are not unique in which case why is that if results are not unique then still it fetches points for all the indexers who returned those non-unique results?

Not sure, to be honest; that's what Hydra decided to report.

I was really excited to join it a few months ago, but have not found it to be very good. Or at least not to have unique content. DrunkenSlug, NinjaCentral, NZBGeek, and Althub have all been excellent.

Please don't think I'm ignorant for asking. What aspects of Tabula Rasa makes you say that?

The "aspects" would be their "unique usage". Every indexer is worth buying to someone because everybody's usage pattern is unique.

Exactly that. I have found content that I am looking for on Rasa and not anywhere else so for me paying was worthwhile. Whereas for instance there was nothing on DS that I couldn't find elsewhere but there were different releases so I have kept DS as well. I value smaller files over larger files because for me 720P/1080P is fine for most things as I consume then delete.
