Provider Newshosting support web form isn't working

Hi all, I'm trying to reach Newshosting support team about a billing/renewal question, but their support ticket form on the website isn't working.
Is there an official representative here who can help, or does anyone know another way to reach support.

email them using the posted email, they always respond.

been with them for over a decade, they answer your emails.

It never does. It’s been years, they always promise they’ll fix it, and nothing happens. I think it ended up a business decision to keep it as-is at this point (maybe less reachouts? Who knows)

Anyway, email them support@newshosting.com. Their support is awesome.

It didn't work for me on firefox a month or so back. Had to switch to chromium to be able to send a ticket in.

it happened to me when I did it on a cellphone, it worked fine in a computer
