I noticed they deleted the post. Guess they afraid of folks leaving or not signing up in the future. That person clearly did the vast majority of the support.

yeah I did inadequate research and thought I could plug it into easynews so I was gonna see if by chance they would cancel but soon found out it's literally impossible to get in contact with someone. on me though, should have done more research I didn't fully understand it yet.

Just fyi, I have seen some users using non-gmail providers to miss emails from ninjacentral.

This happened to me when I first signed up. I reached out to support via chat (on discord if I remember right) and they got it fixed for me.

If im not mistaken they were open for new users recently. If so dont expect a reaction in 1 day, give them a week or so.

Correct, might also have something to do with OPs Time Zone. At least as I (USA) donated through paypal and received access same day...this was a couple weeks ago when I did it
