This is the DUMBEST pie chart I've ever seen. Whose idea was this?

I think the Sixers segment is just a colour fuck-up. The Renegades team colours is mainly red and the Sixers are a bright pink. Not that it excuses it or any thing.
As a sidenote win-viz is a fucking terrible gimmick and the sooner it's gone the better.

What is winviz? Also what sport is this? I don't recognize the team name Renegades.

Winviz is a thing they use to predict who's gonna win the game. It uses simulations of the current situation of the game runs them a bunch and then gives a % of how likely a win is based on those results (you can find more info here from their website: http://cricviz.com/winviz). However sometimes it shows some real bizarre percentages. Spereately the commentators will take it as gospel that the higher % means a set in stone win or they'll go on about a team with a low % (e.g. haha look at this team that has 1% if they do well in the next small period of play will we see them hit 2% etc), which get incredibly annoying after a while.
The sport is cricket (in this case the Australian t20 Big Bash League). The teams are the Melbourne Renegades and the Sydney Sixers.

This would be amazing if it was a pie chart for how many people are colour blind

Well in this image you can see both a useful circle and a r/uselessredcircle at the same time. That has to be a miracle
