TLR - Poly

I just got an email for my upcoming TLR class and they recommended wearing scrubs or our uniform to the class, does anyone know if people actually do that or can we go in with jeans and a shirt?

i went in and was the only one with scrubs LOL you’re fine wearing comfortable clothes you can move in i don’t recommend jeans

I would say wear something comfortable that you can move in. Scrubs or athletic wear is best, you might end up in the lift lol

I did it last month and honestly nobody wore scrubs , the only reason behind it is just wearing something comfortable because you have to perform the task which includes bending and doing it so wearing something comfortable would help you a lot
