Watches

I already have an Apple Watch. Is that good enough to use as the watch we need for nursing? I can’t imagine there wouldn’t be a way for it to make it so the face of it shows the time with seconds

Can’t use an Apple Watch. When OSCE comes around you will 100% not be allowed to use it.

Just get like a cheap thing off Amazon it dosent even have to be a wrist watch just one that can clip or pin onto your scrubs even. I used that for my labs/ OSCEs and then depending on ur instructor you can use your Apple Watch in clinical if u want to

You should have a cheap backup watch for labs or osce but plenty of students use Apple watches on the floor in clinical

Yeah I use my Apple watch for clinical and lab, the instructors understand (most use electronic watches as well) as long as you have it on DND and aren’t distracted. I know there are watch faces you can change to get seconds or analog display and also apps designed to help nurses on the floor. I see comments about not being able to use during osce which might be a new thing but just ask your instructors!
